Executive Board: (10 members (9 of which have voting rights = 2 from each island + previous President). This 9 + Executive Director = 10; Meeting 4/year. (Term of two Years)
Expanded Board: Executive Board + Island Boards, depending on how active the membership is on the islands the Expanded Board will vary in size from 10 to 26 board members. Board members must be regular members of the organization. Meeting 2/year. (Term of 2 Years)
Island Boards: Executive Director + Marketing Committee Chair and the Island Representatives. (See Island Committees below for explanation of Committee Chair). Committee Chairs positions may be held by the Island Representatives or other members, the number of participants is unlimited. The level of membership and industry activity will determine the number of meetings these committees hold, if any. Board members must be regular members of the organization. Meeting as deemed necessary by the Island Representatives/Committee Chairs. (Term as deemed by the Island Board)
Island Committees: Each Island may elect to develop an Island Committee on Marketing. This committee will consists of a Committee Chair + any other persons wishing to contribute either from regular, associate or VIP membership. The Committee Chairs on each island will be identified as a key person on that island best in touch with island specific marketing concerns. Meeting as deemed necessary by the Committee Chairs. (Term as deemed by the Island Board)
All decisions of the organization will be brought before the Executive Board, at their quarterly meetings or via email if time is a constraint.
