Agents are authenticated via IATA, CLIA or ARC certification
If bona fide Travel Agent, username/password is notified of their activation
All “live” members with inventory posted to www.HawaiiFun.org are accessible to book on referral with a 15% commission due upon rendering of services. Run Commission Report from the backend.
Manual Process (80% Net Vendor – 15% Travel Agency – 5% A3H)
Agent faxes to our office an itinerary request form
A3H calls vendors confirms prices and availability
Agency pays up front via credit card for entire itinerary
A3H processes payment, distributes 80% to vendors prior, 15% to travel agency and keeps 5% to cover processing fees & administration upon receipt.
A3H writes up vouchers for the itinerary and mails packet along with brochures to the travel agent to give to the customer.
