Web Based Process (85% Net Vendor – 15% Travel Agency)

• Agents Sign up via www.Agent.Hawaiifun.org
• Agents are authenticated via IATA, CLIA or ARC certification
• If bona fide Travel Agent, username/password is notified of their activation
• All “live” members with inventory posted to www.HawaiiFun.org are accessible to book on referral with a 15% commission due upon rendering of services. Run Commission Report from the backend.

Manual Process (80% Net Vendor – 15% Travel Agency – 5% A3H)

• Agent faxes to our office an itinerary request form
• A3H calls vendors confirms prices and availability
• Agency pays up front via credit card for entire itinerary
• A3H processes payment, distributes 80% to vendors prior, 15% to travel agency and keeps 5% to cover processing fees & administration upon receipt.
• A3H writes up vouchers for the itinerary and mails packet along with brochures to the travel agent to give to the customer.
